This sets out how Easy Early Learning uses and protects any information that you give us when you use the Easy Early Learning website or purchase products from us.

If you wish to download the free products then we ask that you provide us with your name and email address. An email is then sent asking you to verify your email address and a link to the free downloads. This is to enable us to reduce the level of invalid email addresses/spam received. We will not use the information you give to us for anything other than one follow-up email within two weeks of downloading the free products, purely for feedback purposes.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your email address to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.

We comply with the new GDRP legilsation which comes into force on 25th May 2018, and are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Third parties

To enable you to purchase products from Easy Early Learning, we employ a third party company (in this case PayPal) to process the payment for us. All data provided to process the payment is handled by the third party. None of it is passed on to us other than your name and postal address so we can fulfil the order.

We strongly advise you to seek out and read the privacy policies relating to the payment portal at the time.

We use the services of a third party (StatCounter and Google Analytics) to record information such as your operating system (e.g. Windows 8), referring link if any, screen resolution, and pages visited to help us understand how our web site is being used. This helps us improve the site and tailor it to meet your needs.
